Refund Policy — Kartzy Studio
Because all of our products are made to order and 3D printed specifically for you, we do not accept general returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We appreciate your understanding — each item is crafted with care after your order is placed.
Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
We stand behind the quality of our work. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if:
- Your item arrives damaged or broken
- Your item has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item
To report an issue, email us at contact@kartzystudio.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
Once we've reviewed your case, we'll make it right — either by reprinting and reshipping your item or issuing a full refund, at our discretion.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at contact@kartzystudio.com.
Exchanges
Because each item is printed to order, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will reprint it for you at no charge.
If you'd like a different design or variant, please place a new order.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
- Custom or personalized items with no defect
- Sale items and gift cards
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law.
To exercise this right, contact us at contact@kartzystudio.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
