Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are made to order and require 3–5 business days to create and prepare for shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Please note that shipping times are in addition to the 3–5 business day production period. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@kartzystudio.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.
Color & Material Variations Please note that slight color variations may occur between orders due to differences in filament batches, dye lots, or monitor display settings. We do our best to represent our products accurately, but these minor variations are a natural part of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.
Packaging & Fragility 3D printed items can be fragile depending on the design and material used. We carefully pack every order to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.
